Heap of Books consists of 89 rock-shaped objects made of books I had read, half-read or unread.

I picked up a book from my bookshelf, tore it up, shredded all its pages, soaked it in hot water, squeezed water from it, crumbled it, mixed it with glue, and formed it into a rock-shaped lump. 

Each lump has a distinct colour, texture, and size depending on the book from which it is made. There is a hint of text showing on the surface.
